The set is completed and tested and working. Includes original instruction booklet for those who are new to trains! There is a die-cast locomotive and 4 additional cars, including a musical boxcar that plays 12 different songs via a 9V battery. The included track has 16 pieces, sufficient for a 27" x 63" oval track.

Other features include a precision can motor, transformer controlled forward-neutral-reverse, 40-Watt/3 Amp power and control system, puffing smoke unit, working headlight, pine tree load, stamped metal frame on tender, molded rolling stock bodies. The only thing that did not work was the whistle button on the controller/transformer. Trains themselves are in great condition.
