It is all about condition! This one utilizes the vintage tinplate steam shell with a plastic boiler front. And it pulls four classic six inch tinplate cars, all in great shape. PLUS the track and transformer are here, ready to run. This is a neat set with the tinplate cars and the nice steam engine and tender.

It is the kind of condition that Marx collectors really want. (595) 0-4-0 steam locomotive (4-4-2 if you include the stamped simulated trucks in the shell sides).

551 New York Central tender. 37963 Pennsylvania Railroad Merchadise Service car.

20102 New York Central caboose. #595 STEAM ENGINE The engine looks great and runs. Rolling stock are all Six Inch tinplate, four wheel. Metal tab and slot coupler. 551 NYC TENDER The tinplate tender looks nice.

554 NP GONDOLA Has minor oxidation on wheels and couplers. 37963 PRR Merchandise Services car Some light rust on wheels, but a good looking car.

20102 NEW YORK CENTRAL CABOOSE Minor scratches and a few minor rust spots. THE SET BOX 35250 is all here, structurally solid for the set. The top does have some print fading.
