Transformer controlled forward, neutral, and reverse operation. Conventional Railsounds, including bell, whistle & steam chug. Operating magnetic coupler (rear of tender).

Fully upgradable to TrainMaster Command Control. Die-cast metal sprung trucks (except caboose). Die-cast metal trucks on caboose. All aspects of the condition of this set are "factory fresh", except for the wheels and roller that show some marking from light use. Overall, its too good to call Like New but the wheel marks are an indication of some limited track time, and so we cannot grade this set as Mint.

The operating features of the locomotive & tender were tested, and everything checked out OK. There are some spots on the trailing truck of the locomotive where the black factory paint did not take. See separate photo; paint flaws are on both sides but we only photod one side (due to 12-photo listing limit).

The outer set box and individual component boxes (diesel & rolling stock) are all in C9 Mint condition. All of the original paperwork is included. All other times leave message for "return" call.
