This Lionel Polar Express Train Set has been used. However the train set itself is like new. The set has been tested and works perfectly. The box is a bit beat up and I lost the dvd for it unfortunately as seen in the pictures. Some of the presents and Christmas trees are a little bit misshapen. The headlights on the locomotive still work as well as the whistle. There is some smoke liquid for the locomotive still left. And it does still include the user manual as well as the other pages.
